Les Mills Grit Strength

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Tabata

Tabata is a style of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves 20 seconds of maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a certain number of rounds.

Force X

Resistance based exercise to music class which uses the barbell, weights and step board. It is designed to build muscular endurance and induce after burn effect to get your body toned and fit.
