Grit Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

TRX Suspension Training

A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Zumba

Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout. The classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required.

Abs Xpress

You will be performing both standing and floor exercises, with weights and/or bodyweight to improve posture, strengthening of the lower back, and feeling those core muscles getting stronger.

Les Mills BodyBalance

A new generation yoga class that includes simple yoga moves, Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. BodyBalance can help reduce body fat, increase back strength, improve flexibility and ease anxiety.
